Orders & payment
Choose your shirts and collar sizes, then continue to checkout in your bag. Enter your Pakistan delivery details to save an order request and receive an order number. Adding items to the bag alone does not reserve stock. Submitted website requests hold available stock for 1 hour while we review them; an expired request needs a new availability check.
We confirm delivery charges, the total and payment arrangements before accepting your order. No payment is collected by the order-request form. Please wait for confirmation before making payment. You may also ask about your selection on WhatsApp.
Products & prices
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Check the product photographs and description carefully. Available size choices are catalogue options; they do not guarantee stock. Any price or availability correction should be confirmed before payment.
Delivery
Dispatch is from Karachi, Pakistan. Delivery availability, shipping charges and estimated arrival time must be confirmed for your address before payment. Delivery within Pakistan is free when the items subtotal after discounts is over PKR 4,000. Orders of exactly PKR 4,000 or less and international deliveries are quoted separately. Estimated delivery times are confirmed before payment.
7-day returns & exchanges
Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Shirts must be unworn, unwashed and in like-new condition, with their tags and original packaging. Keep your proof of purchase and contact De-Shahzaib through the same verified channel used to arrange your order before sending anything back.
Contact WhatsApp: 0312 0251679 · hello@de-shahzaib.com before returning any item. Include your order reference, the reason for the request and photographs if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Return instructions, shipping costs, the refund method and expected processing time will be confirmed when the request is reviewed. Exchange availability depends on stock. This policy does not exclude applicable consumer rights.

Length: shoulder seam to hem. Shoulder: point to point across the back. Chest width: measured flat, 1 inch below the armhole; this is not body chest circumference. Sleeve: shoulder seam to cuff. Only sizes listed on each product are offered; confirm stock before ordering.

Follow the care label on your individual shirt. Do not assume every fabric has the same washing or ironing requirements.
Privacy & order data
When you submit an order request, we store your name, contact details, delivery address and selected items in our Cloudflare-hosted order system to manage your order, invoices and delivery. Access to the order dashboard requires an admin login. Contact hello@de-shahzaib.com about your order data. We do not collect card details through our order form.
The bag, saved shirts and motion preference use storage in your browser. They are not an account and do not synchronise between devices. You can remove them by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser settings.
The WhatsApp order link includes your selected products, sizes, quantities and subtotal. Opening it takes you to WhatsApp, which handles information under its own privacy policy. We receive the message only when you send it. We use information you provide to respond to enquiries and arrange your order, and share delivery information with the courier where needed. Website hosting providers may process technical request information under their own policies. If you arrange a purchase separately, ask how your contact and delivery information will be used before sharing it. Do not send passwords, PINs or full card details by email or WhatsApp.
We use Google Analytics to understand visits to customer-facing pages, including which products visitors view. Google may use cookies and process technical usage information under its privacy policy. Our analytics code does not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, cart contents or order references. Advertising personalisation is disabled.
